The development and operation of the SSP tool have demanded substantial dedication in terms of time and resources, resulting in the decision to introduce a nominal usage fee.
For first-time users, we offer free credits for testing. Afterwards, each credit is charged at 0.50 € ($: current exchange rate) and corresponds to a single analysis. The minimum order quantity is 50 credits. The credits do not expire.

After registration, the "Order chargeable SSP Credits" button in the user's profile can be used to order the desired amount of credits.

There are two options of licensing:

1. Order credits for a personal account.
2. Order credits to share with colleagues in an institute/company. To create such a multi-user contingent, provide the email addresses of the registered users that should have access to the support team. All users can login and work simultaneously. Additional users can be added at any time.

Payment is currently only possible via bank transfer in € or $ (current exchange rate), the bank account details are given on the invoice.
Please note that the credits will only be issued after receipt of payment.
